1. Height: Stand against a wall (shoes less). Place a flat ruler across top of head to wall. Measure from that point down to the floor.
The following guide will show you the appropriate length for your jacket.
5’4” to 5’8” = Short
5’8” to 5’11” = Regular
5’11” to 6’3"= Long
6’3” + Up = Extra Long

2. Chest: Bring tape measure around the widest part of your chest, under your arms, completely around your torso, with arms at your side note measurement. The average man will have a 6 inch difference between chest size and waist size (i.e. 44 chest will have 38 waist).

2a. Over Arm: Bring tape over the top of bicep, back and chest, not tight.

3. Waist: Waist measurement should be taken where you wear your pants, or at the hip bone (top). Pull tape snug. This will be different than your normal jeans size.

4. Seat or Hips (Optional): For Men, measure around the fullest part of his seat. For Women, measure around the fullest part of her hips

6. Sleeve: Start measurement in the middle of your back (on spine), just at the center of the neck, over the top of your shoulder, with arm down at your side, down to the wrist bone plus 2".

7. Neck: Place tape measure around neck. Place one fingers inside of the tape measure and measure over the top finger. This should not be a tight measurement - just comfortable.

Thank you for giving All About Uniforms, Inc. the chance to serve your Formal clothing needs. Formal events are very exciting and could be less stressful if all attire is purchased in advance. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We hope, that you enjoy our selection and great prices. In order for us to offer you those great prices, there is a 15% restocking fee charge on any merchandise that is returned (Return, or Exchange), exceptions being defective items, or a shipping error on our part. We are working very hard, to make our customers happy with our product and service, however, if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

All returns/exchanges must have a RA number (Return Authorization Number)

Shipping charges are not refundable. When exchanging, customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. We will send Pay Pal money request. We will not ship a replacement, till payment is received. Exception being defective items, or a shipping error on our part.
No returns or exchanger after 60 days, from an invoice date. Sorry, NO exceptions.
Seller is not liable for any damage, injury or loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use any products, for any purpose, purchased from our company.

International orders
All international orders placed on-line are shipped via USPS. Tariffs, taxes, dutie and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of customer or recipient. Please check with local authorities for rates and regulations PRIOR TO ORDERING.

*All returned items must be in original packaging and in exactly the same condition as you received them. Altered, or worn item will not be accepted.

Shipping Information

How your order is shipped?

All orders shipped within 24 business hours.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping day is not count. Saturday and Sunday are not count.

Standard Ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days.

3 Day Select shipping will be delivered on Third Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Thursday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Wednesday.

2nd Day Air shipping will be delivered on Second Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Wednesday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Tuesday.

Next Day Air shipping will be delivered on Next Business Day. For example: if order shipped on Monday, delivery day is Tuesday. If order shipped on Friday, delivery day is Monday.

International orders:
All international orders placed on-line are shipped via UPS or The U.S. Postal Service. Tariffs, taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient.

If a package is damaged, it is the customers responsibility, to have carrier note such damage before accepting the package, making carrier responsible. Save all cartons and shipping documents and notify All About Uniforms immediately for instructions.
