RETURNING MERCHANDISE :   Welcome to Aninxa Jewelry .  We at Aninxa highly uphold and respect our customers and their needs. We try our best to provide our customers with pleasant customer service, high quality jewelry, and quick and efficient delivery services. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed for all of Aninxa's services and merchandise.                                                                       

RETURN PROCESS:   We will answer any questions or concerns you may have related to any of our items.  This is highly encouraged.    For further questions or inquiries please feel free to contact us .

Follow these steps for a successful return process:
1. Email our customer service department and our customer service agents will determine whether it is a returnable item or not.
2. When ready to ship the item, put an attention to the "Return Department".
3. Ship the item via USPS certified mail.  Depending on your location, this can range between $2.00 - $5.00. 
4. Once we have the returned item in our possession, we will refund the customer the amount spent on the item.

Note: For a quick and successful return process, please remember to follow these requirements. Following these steps will prevent any mistakes from happening during the return process.

RETURN PAYMENT OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM TO ANINXA. 

WINNING BIDDERS have three (3) days to make their payment.  After that time, we reserve the right to offer the item to another customer. We reserve the right to cancel any bids from users with zero (0) feedback.

Please include all paperwork related to purchase.  Any piece(s) with a center diamond weighing one (1) carat or more is neither RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE.  Any merchandise deemed returnable must come back in the original condition.  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any returned item with precious and/or semi-precious stones weighing three (3) carats or more.  Buyer pays shipping, handling, insurance and any customs fees associated with return.

Personalized Items
Any personalized item with name(s) or initial(s), all customized, specially ordered and altered jewelry are neither RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE.  If personalized items are returned to us without any notification through the phone or e-mail, we hold no obligation to keep the merchandise.  In cases like this, no credit or refund will be given, and if the customer wishes to receive the returned item, all shipping and handling charges must be covered on the customer's behalf.  Only upon mutual agreement will refunds and credits be given.  If the product is free of defects on the manufacturer's part, we will neither accept the return, nor re-credit the customer.  Personalized items will only be accepted, including shipping charges, if there was an error on our behalf; wrong design, name, stone color or style.  In this case the costumer may choose between money back or new item.

Order Cancellation
Customers may only cancel merchandise within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Since we produce personalized items, it may be too late to cancel once the production takes place. Be sure to cancel within 24 hours of the placement to successfully cancel your order.
