We ship worldwide from Athens, Greece. All orders are shipped 1st class by Hellenic Post.
CD/DVDs are shipped securely in cardboard mailers or padded envelopes. We do not provide software boxes to cut down on costs both to you and ourselves.
Deliveries are sent to your allocated PayPal postal address:

What is the condition of your item? Will I receive a sealed product?
All of our products are Brand New. Depending on the outer packaging used, discs may or may not include plastic sleeves. Disc or discs are shipped to you within a sealed cardboard mailer or padded envelope.
Do you offer postage or shipping discounts?
We offer FREE international shipping on all of our products.
Can I pay by check?
No. We do however accept all forms of PayPal payments including account balance, bank account transfer, and credit cards and e-cheques.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we have a full 30 day refund policy. You are required to pay for the cost of returning the item. If you decide to return an item, please contact us beforehand through eBay's messaging system. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive after 14 days (within Europe) or 21 days (Rest of the World) please contact us and we will gladly send a replacement out to you.
My CD/DVD is showing as blank. What should I do?
Each and every disc is electronically verified by our team before it is shipped. If the disc is showing as blank or not showing at all, update your CD/DVD-ROM drivers to the latest version. In the unlikely case that this does not solve the problem, don?t hesitate to contact our friendly support team through eBay's messaging system.
My item is not working correctly. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that your disc arrives damaged or is not working correctly please contact our support team through eBay's messaging system. We go out of our way to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their products. Please contact us before leaving feedback and ratings. This gives us chance to resolve any technical issues for you.
I am unhappy with my item. What should I do?
If you are unhappy at all with any of our products, please avoid leaving bad feedback and ratings and contact us through eBay's messaging system.
