Couples Heart Garden Stone Gift Set

This garden stone gift set is perfect as an anniversary gift, for Valentine's Day or anytime you want to celebrate your love for each other. The set includes a large 8.5" garden stone with the words "Two Hearts One Soul" with a heart design and the two smaller 5.5" stones may be engraved with the couple's first names as shown. These garden stones are made of durable resin and have a real stone look. They are lightweight, waterproof and they are designed for indoor or outdoor use. The engraving is highly detailed and durable with color and texture variations.

NOTE: Please include the color and name for each pillowcase in a note to the seller with your PayPal payment or send a message through eBay. The order cannot start production without this information. For example:

Order Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing plus shipping time. With economy shipping, your pillowcases should arrive within 2 - 2.5 weeks. The standard shipping option includes a production rush and typically arrives within 3-6 business. We also have an expedited option, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

Payment Information:

PayPal: Immediate payment is required. We will ship to the confirmed address provided by your PayPal account.

Credit by Phone: We accept Visa or Mastercard payment by phone on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from seller. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

Shipping Information:

Multiple Items: Please contact us if you want to purchase multiple items for a shipping quote. We can usually combine multiple items into a single box to save you money!

Shipping Method: Economy shipping (delivery in approximately 2 weeks), Standard Service (delivery in 3-5 days), or Expedited Service (delivery in 2-3 days)

Handling/Processing Time: Orders are shipping within 2-4 business days of payment to allow time for production. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping is in addition to processing.

International Shipping: Please contact seller for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipments.

Return Policy:

Damaged Items: All of our items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if something should arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue credit or send replacements. Please note we may request a picture to verify the damage claim. No claims will be accepted after 5 days.

Returns: We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions. Please return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. We will refund your payment minus any shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or packages not marked with the RAC. All sales are final for personalized, embroidered or custom items.

Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable (no exceptions) and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
