FAQ: Q: Why haven't I heard from you about my order? As long as we have all the information that we need please presume that your order will be dispatched and delivered within 4 working days. If there are any issues we will contact you. If you would like to contact us please do via email to iqprintwear@outlook.com Q: How do I provide the print details for my order? Please leave a message in the PayPal notes during check out, if you haven’t been able to do this then please send us an eBay message. Q: Do you provide previews of the t shirts for large orders? For all large orders we provide previews before printing. Q: Can I use different print vinyl? Yes, the glitter and special effects vinyl is an extra £1.00 per item, to select please use the drop down box above (Glitter/Special Effects Print) Q: Do you have larger sizes available Yes we do have larger sizes available, please contact us and we will let you know of the extra options. Q: Do you provide vests and hoodies? Yes we do provide vests and hoodies, please contact us and we will let you know of the extra options. Q: How long does it take for my personalised item to arrive? We will send your personalised item free via Royal Mail 1st class, but we cannot guarantee next day delivery so we have the extra option of a next day courier which we use APC for an extra £5, the item is sent pre-4 unless stated with pre-12 an extra £10 and pre-10 an extra £15. For this we will send a PayPal invoice once we have received initial payment and your request of additional P&P. Q: I am unhappy with my purchase. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product(s) you have received please get in contact and we will try to rectify it within reason. Q: Can I send an image?
