The item must be sealed as an original packaging and not have been fitted to the printer. If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected than email us.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of cancellation. Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

If one of our products ever fails you due to a manufacturing defect, Please return the goods with its original packaging upon receipt the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched on the same day. However, if the goods prove to be of saleable quality than postage fee will be applied to return goods.

If you decide to return the goods please provide your eBay user ID.
