We accept PayPal as a form of payment. All payments are expected within 24 hours of purchase.
We are NOT responsible for finished products. We recommend testing all items for desired results.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in unused condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are partially used. To receive a refund, the item must be in new condition and identical to the item that you received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is found to be defective.
Fragrance oils can vary from different manufacturers, and may not be identical to the item you purchased from a different company.
NOTE: Name trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. These versions are NOT to be confused with the originals and Virginia Candle Supply has no affiliation with the manufacturers and/or designers. Our interpretation of these fragrances was created through chemical analysis and reproduction; and this description is to give the customer an idea of scent character, not to mislead, confuse the customer, or infringe on the manufacturers and/or designers name or valuable trademarks.
NOTE: If you are purchasing an item that requires you to provide fragrance choices, please do this at the time of purchase. This can be done by sending us a message, a note on your PayPal checkout, or you can call our office during business hours. If we do NOT receive your choices within 72 hours of your order being placed, we will send our top selling fragrance oils. If you are sent our top sellers, and you are displeased with these selections, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Information
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We ship Monday-Friday, and do not ship on holidays. We will ship either by USPS or UPS; we choose the shipping method based on weight and cost. We reserve the right to combine shipping. Please remember that the delivery date provided is an estimated delivery date, and not a guaranteed delivery date.
