As our items are intended for use by technically professional people  we will not accept claims for refund due to damages by improper installation, alteration to the product or use of excessive force.

1 - Orders received before 4 pm BST will be shipped on the same day through Royal Mail First Class, Orders received after 4 pm will be shipped on the next working day.

2 - Order received Saturday / Sunday will be shipped Monday, order received during public holidays will be shipped Next Working day .

3 - Items will be dispatched to your Paypal registered Address, please make sure that you address is correct & complete, UN-delivered items will be shipped after paying postage charges.

4 - Most of items are delivered next working day within UK by Royal mail 1st class however if you still have not received item with in two working days then please contact us through ebay messages and we will sort it out.

5 - Items sent outwith UK are aimed to be delivered with 5-10 working days, however, due to conditions outwith our control this could take longer. Please contact us after 10 working days if you have still not received the item .

Cancellation / Refund

1 - If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us before 3 pm on the same day of purchase as if the item has left the warehouse we cannot stop the dispatch and we will have to wait for the item to be returned to process the refund and you will be charged for the postage .

2 - We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase and refund will be issued only after we receive the item back in our warehouse and it has been checked by our professionals to be in the same working order and  in the same condition ( PLEASE DO NOT PEEL OFF STICKY LABELS AS ITEM WILL NOT BE IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION AFTER THAT).

3-Should you have any problems with the order, please contact us first by ebay messages and we will respond within 24 hours.
