4XL Sizes may have to be processed as a custom order and may take an extra 24-48 hrs. to process)

Our office/warehouses are closed on the Weekends and major holidays.  If you purchase an item during these hours your item will be processed

on the next business day and typically will ship the same day.   Please take this into consideration when ordering time sensitive items.

RETURN POLICY:

- We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

- We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, have a smoke smell, or are covered in hair.

- If you purchase an itme in the wrong size or color, no problem, contact us to recieve instructions prior to returning the item.

(Please note buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us and will be charged a fee to re-ship a new item)

- We try to be perfect...but every now and then we make a mistake.  If we shipped you the incorrect item..sorry about that... please contact us

and we will promptly fix the mistake at no charge.  We appreciate your patience and understanding while we fix any issues.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to any return that is sent back to us.
