When only new will do. This is a MOWOG rear axle shaft for Austin Healey 100 6  and 3000  BN4 thru BJ8. It is MOWOG part number ATC 7394.  I came across a number of these in my piles of British parts. Dug them out figuring they had been used. But after about 5 minutes with fine steel wool on one of them, I believe they are new and have never been installed. Though they have not led the life of leisure in their decades of life. Looks like they sat outside for some time. They look like heck, but after a short time they will clean up nicely.The light surface rust will come off easily.  The factory protective coating covers beautiful fresh clean metal underneath. .The splined end looks great. Clean and unused. Can't beat brand new for tight no slop rear ends. These things are no longer available new. Unless you drive a souped up Delorean and have mastered time travel, you can only buy these used. And usually spray bombed with cheap Walmart primer. I chose not to go that route and show it as it is. . If you want to have the best for your Healey, hard to beat factory original NOS parts. Overseas shipping no problem.
