This is used Kowa Automatic Extension Tube T/1 in excellent usable condition. This extension tube is compatible with all Kowa medium format SLR camera in the SIX/66 families. The T/1 extension tube used in conjunction with the Kowa 85mm standard lens produces a 1.0X/life-size/1:1 image size on the film. Kowa Automatic Extension Tubes increase the close-focusing range of all Kowa lenses while retaining fully automatic diaphragm operation. The 75mm T/1 is rigidly constructed of heavy-gauge metal and incorporates it’s own Kowa Breech-Lock lens mount. It accepts any Kowa automatic lens. Kowa produced two other extension tubes, not a part of this sale. These tubes are the 16mm T/3 and the 32mm T/2, of the same construction, differing only in length.

“Extension tubes may be used singly or in conjunction with other tubes for virtually unlimited magnification control. When two or more tubes are used, the longest tube is placed closest to the camera body, and the shortest tube closest to the lens. With the Kowa T/1, T/2 and T/3 extension tubes no less than six different extension ranges may be obtained…and, in all cases, fine focusing or magnification adjustments made with the helical mount integral to all Kowa lenses.”
This extension tube is in excellent condition as mentioned above. The matte silver barrel shows the signs of light normal use. The mount works perfectly and the original front and rear caps are included with purchase. It may be used with any lens compatible with the Kowa SIX series or Super 66 medium format SLRs.
