How to Personalise?

Simply add the name and age in the "Message to seller" section (as above).
Or send us an eBay message containing the information after purchase.

Note: Personalised information MUST be received within 1 hour of purchase.
Your item will be sent without personalisation if the information is not received within 1 hour.

Returns

You can return any unopened item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
We will refund your payment once the item has been received at our warehouse.

Note: Personalised items are excluded from our return policy and are non refundable.
