Our eBay Store Fast-PC LTD launched in 2004. We are a British business that is passionate about gaming & the latest smartphone tech. We specialise in mods, spare parts, accessories and tools for new & retro Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo and Sega games consoles, Apple iPhone, iPad and iPods.

We offer an ever expanding range of components & accessories for your games consoles and smartphones. Our goal is to supply the best quality parts, accessories and tools made available at affordable prices and delivered quickly.

All our stock is UK based and we are a VAT registered LTD company. All orders are posted from the UK. We offer same day dispatch on all items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Click & Collect is also available. We offer local collection for any customers who live close to us, simply pay on eBay and contact us to arrange pick up.

All orders are dispatch the same day when your order is made by 2pm Monday-Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Postage options can be selected during checkout.

UK Orders

- 2nd class post is estimated 2-4 days, but this isn't guaranteed and depends on Royal Mail. This is our free non-priority service.

- 1st Class post is estimated 1-2 days, but again, this isn't a guaranteed service with Royal Mail.

- Special Delivery postage is next working day, and excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

International Orders

- Please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay. These are estimated between 5-28 days, but this isn't guaranteed. Customs clearance and pandemic delays may mean orders can take longer to arrive.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated eBay delivery time then please allow a few extra days before contacting us or eBay regarding the delivery. The delivery dates provided by eBay are estimated, and not guaranteed delivery dates. Like other small business, we rely heavily on Royal Mail and other national postal services to meet their delivery targets. Unfortunately they do not always meet those targets. For UK deliveries Royal Mail require the item to be 10 days late before they will investigate, and for international orders they require 30 days.

Please contact us before raising an ‘item not received' case on eBay. We will always investigate non-delivery claims, and where the item has been lost we will look into and resend the order for you.

All shipments are made using the address provided by the customer at the point of sale. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will be unlikely your order will arrive. We do not provide free of charge replacements where incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.

Please contact us before raising an eBay return.

We work very hard to ensure that the products we sell are the best suited, best quality and meet your satisfaction. In the event your order has been received damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us first using the contact us link on the listing. We can arrange for a replacement to be sent out, but once an eBay return request is raised, we cannot send a replacement and return will be compulsory.

In most cases any issues can be rectified without raising a return. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and we don't want you inconvenienced by returns.

If you wish to return an unwanted item we offer a 30 day returns policy - Just pop it back to us for a refund. No quibble returns.

We are a UK based VAT registered limited company. A full VAT receipt is available upon request. Please request this separately via eBay messages if required.

We send all orders without paperwork. If you require an invoice with your order please just ask.

The term OEM means 'original equipment manufacturer'. This term differs in meaning relating to certain products. Not all of the major brands manufacture their own products. Some are outsourced to contracted factories. The original equipment manufacturer may be several different suppliers. The items we sell which are marked as OEM may not contain the markings of the major brand and may look slightly different to the original, but the item will fit and the function will be almost exact.
