How to fit a scrunchie bun
For the perfect, instant messy bun, it is important that you know how to correctly fit your scrunchie bun:
Step 1: Tie your hair up
Pull your natural hair into a ponytail, keeping it tight enough to stay inside the hair tie but loose and bumpy enough to create your desired, unpolished and messy look. Tie your natural hair into a ponytail (or bun, depending on the length and volume of your natural hair).
Step 2: Apply the Messy Bun
Place the scrunchie bun over your natural pony or bun, wrapping the scrunchie around your natural hair. Twist over the bun at least two times, until it is as tight and secure as you need it to be - the fewer times you twist, the looser and messier the bun will look.
Step 3: Secure your bun
Using hair pins, secure any stray hairs down to the sides and, if needed, pin the scrunchie hairs into your natural hair for a stronger hold. You can also add a light layer of hairspray for additional security, before leaving as is or styling with your favourite hair accessories.
Do not sleep in the product

I have a 1 day dispatch time giving you a fast turnaround from purchese to delivery
2nd class is my default on most listings, but they all have 1st class & special delivery option you can choose at checkout if needed urgently.
Some parcels will be too large to fit a letterbox, so if your item has not arrived please check if you have received a missed delivery card.
I send either scanned or tracked post so i can always check for you if an item is taking longer than expected.
Please retain your delivery invoice as this will be needed if you require a return or exchange, if the colour ordered is not a good match I offer a colour match service and will just need a lock of hair in with the return so i can find your colour, i will then send this to you as a free exchange.
If you are returning an item for a refund it needs to be as sent with all tags attached and not been worn even for a short time due to hygiene rules.
You are responsible for return postage costs (this does not affect your statutory rights) and I reserve the right to return item back to you if not returned within given timeframe of 30 days or it seems to have been worn or is without tags.
