I am a proud owner of a 3500xlt and I do try to take good care it.

But I get frustrated when using it with other longer antennas.

It gets a little top heavy and has a tendency to want to topple over !

I’ve used it with an external antenna too, but the weight of the coax can pull it over.

So I lay it down on my desk which is not best angle to view the screen, and it slides around on that button/belt clip thingy on its back!

So I Designed this Stand and had it Printed…

Is it perfect?       NO...   It is printed !

Printing Models is a form of Rapid Prototyping.  ie TEST

So there are signs in the plastic that show fine lines, layers or spec of material.

But it’s a pretty good job and more importantly:  It is…. “Fit for Suppose”

You can add 4 rubber feet for extra grip on your desk.

Use your long Antennas or Coax, with Speaker Extension, Power Supply and Data Cable all together with no problems.

You can see the screen clearly, with it held at a reclined angle :) Enjoy..

I have noticed that other Scanner Models  BCD396XT & BC346XT are of a very similar design and may also fit good in this stand.

But I do not know this for sure, so I cannot offer any form of guarantee…
