• Tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to all buyers after package has been shipped out. If you don't receive any e-mail from us, please contact us. 

• Ups / Fedex are unable to deliver any packages to PO box addresses; please make sure you provide a physical shipping address.

• If a package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, the buyer needs to pay the reshipping charge.

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

• Charges sales tax for items shipped to: CA*(9.5%), IL*(7.0%), OH*(8.0%), VA*(6.0%).
