If your delivery arrives in a damaged condition, please refuse to accept the delivery or sign a clear " Damaged on arrival" on signing.
Please call us IMMEDIATELY to reporting the damage on the phone number listed on the invoice.
For 'Authority to leave' items, please try to make it within same day before 5 pm.
Next, please send complete photos of both the damaged item and specifically any damages to the packaging to the email addresses listed on the invoice.
Once your claim has been received, we will reply with a quick confirmation and then keep you updated on the follow up. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
We accept no liability for damages or losses on uninsured freight!

Freight Insurance:
As part of our freight service Low Energy Development offers freight insurance to ensure that the customer is protected if their goods get lost or damaged in transit. Freight insurance is optional so customers will need to select this option by contact us with Ebay messages or Phone to shop or email us if you require it. We will ship your goods to you under one of the following terms depending upon which insurance option you select.
Insured Freight:
If you select the Freight Insurance option your goods will be freighted to you "Insured" which means we will assume all responsibility for delivering the goods to you. Any damage or loss of goods will be covered by Low Energy Development at no risk to you. Once you have signed the "Proof of Delivery" when the goods are delivered to you, any damage to the product then becomes your responsibility. Please ensure your goods are fully delivered in good condition before you sign the "Proof of Delivery." DO NOT ACCEPT ANY DELIVERY WHERE THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING
Uninsured:
If you do not select the Freight Insurance option your goods will be freighted to you "Uninsured" which means you assume all responsibly for loss or damage of the goods from us to you. No liability will be accepted by Low Energy Development under any circumstances if you do not select the Freight Insurance option.
