     REDLINE ADAPTER PLATE KIT
Contains the following:
  • (1) Adapter plate to bolt down on stock intake manifold
  • (1) 2nd adapter plate to allow Weber to bolt down
  • (3) Gaskets (base , middle (between adapters , Weber carb base gasket)
  • (4) Studs to mount Weber Carburetor (32/36 or 38/38)
  • (12) Nuts, lock washers, allen (cap head) bolts

This is for using a 32/36 (or a 38/38) Weber carburetor. You can find the model number for a Weber on the base of the carburetor-short end-stamped into the side at the point where the carb bolts down. If you have a question on whether this work with your carb - call or e-mail
     APPLICATION

Subaru 1985-1987 1800cc OHC - EA82 Wagon, Sedan, & Brat's

(used to adapt a Weber carburetor where a Hitachi carb model DCZ328 was originally installed)

This will not fit on the EA82 models that were fitted with a 1bbl Carter

Very Important - for export markets (such as Australia/UK) verify the measurement (bolt pattern of stock carburetor) is 45mm x 80mm. We've found that Subaru does not use the same intake manifold/carburetor setups on all markets. We know this fits only the 85-87 in the USA market.

Use this adpater with Weber Carb models: 32/36 DGV, DGAV, DGEV, or 38/38 DGAS

This adapter plate kit is one part of a Weber conversion - other parts usually required to do a Weber conversion would include a linkage kit, an air filter, and the Weber carb.
