My item has not arrived yet?

My item has not arrived next day yet I paid for special delivery which is guaranteed next day?

Please make sure that you placed your order before 2pm (Mon – Fri) that day to receive it the next day. We use Royal Mail Next Day service which deliver Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm, if you provided a telephone number or email address at checkout you will receive updates on your delivery.

I have received my item but it’s been damaged in the post?

Sometimes items can get damaged in the post, we apologise for this and will provide you with a freepost returns address label and then send you a replacement item. You may be asked to complete a Royal Mail claims form to state that the item was damaged on delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
