Professional chocolate moulds are manufactured from a heavy grade of polycarbonate plastic and are very expensive. The vacuum formed plastic moulds we manufacture, are made from food grade plastic and are available in different shapes and sizes, that far exceeds any other type of mould.

These moulds are economic and very easy to use and are ideal for short run chocolate production or for hobby use.

They are by far the cheapest type of mould available to the amateur and produce excellent results. The surface finish is perhaps not quite as good, as the professional moulds, but is more than adequate for most uses.

Care must be taken that the material being cast in the moulds is not too hot as it will melt the plastic and deform it. In cleaning the moulds care should also be taken due to the light weight plastic used. The moulds cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.
