•       By any chance if you do not like the product, it can be returned in it's original condition within 7 days of receipt.

•       Damaged in Transit? - All items will be thoroughly checked before being dispatched and packed in recycled cardboard with extra padding all round to the best of our ability.

•       If you do receive goods which have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to us (0117 3009806) as soon as possible – and no later than 2 working days from receipt.
