Returns
We accept returns. Please contact us immediately if you meeting the following situations:

• Your product was damaged during transit

• You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.
Please do notice that the applicable freight fees and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. As well, it applies to the orders that can be canceled while in transit.
Shipping
Our warehouse is located in Melbourne. Pick up service is available once you purchased through Ebay. We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. Normally, the delivery takes between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch. Some remote areas will be required a longer delivery time. There is a tracking number given to you when we have dispatched the item, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
Fast delivery in Giandel means that we aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
