Extraction Process

The Cordyceps Militaris fungus that is grown is put through a hot water extraction technique, this process makes sure that almost all the polysaccharides and cordycepins are taken from Militaris fungus leaving nothing behind.

Rich Roll has been vegan since 2006, and was awarded the title of one of 2009’s ’25 Fittest Guys in the World’ by Men’s Fitness Magazine. He is best known for his participation in the Ultraman World Championships, which involves a 6.2 mile swim, 261.4 mile cycle and 52.4 mile run over 3 days.

SCIENTIFIC STUDIES

Several studies have shown Cordyceps extract to increase Natural Killer (NK) cells, our body’s first line of defense against infections and illness. In in-vitro study, Cordyceps significantly enhance the NK cell activity in healthy individuals as well as in patients with leukemia.

According to a study published in Chinese J Integrated Traditional Western Med, Cordyceps enhanced the NK cell activity in healthy individuals by 74% and increased the NK activity of leukemia patients by 400%. Similar improvements of NK cell activities were found in patients with melanoma cancer.

Dosage And Analysis 

Take 1/4 to half a level teaspoon twice a day mixed in warm water or added to your favorite smoothie.

This extract is quite sweet to taste this is not a sign of bad quality nor that it was grown on grain. Cordyceps Militaris contains no triterpenes the bitter ingredient found in Reishi and Turkey Tail.
