You are looking at a Quasar Cast Aluminum Cigarette Ash Tray Advertising Motorola TV Anniversary 1977. Motorola started branding Quasar TVs in 1967, this is the 10th anniversary ashtray. So I estimating the date around 1977.  It 5 1/2" by 4 3/4".
