WE HAVE BEEN HANDCRAFTING NAME PUZZLES SINCE 2005. THESE PUZZLES ARE MADE OF HIGH QUALITY BALTIC BIRCH, AND WE USE A    NON-TOXIC PAINT. THE LETTERS ARE APPROX. 2 1/2" TALL AND THE PUZZLE RANGES IN SIZE DEPENDING ON THE NAME. EACH LETTER IS PEGGED FOR EASY PICK-UP ( Can also be made without the pegs )AND PAINTED USING BRIGHT PRIMARY OR PASTEL COLORS. DELIVERY TIME IS ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS.

We make every effort to keep our shipping costs down to a minimun. Shipping is based on your location and will be calculated once you check out. Although most of our items are in stock, the custom items such as Name Puzzles & Stools need to be made once we receive your order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. We do offer combined shipping on multiple orders. If interested in ordering multiple items please contact us and we will be more than happy to send you an invoice for your complete order. When requesting an invoice please include all shipping address information. This way we can calculate shipping costs accuratley.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with you item please contact us or return your item to us within 7 days. (Although this has never happened) We will be more than happy to work things out with you either relacing your item or giving you a refund.
