REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICIES:

• Please send us an inquiry before you open any cases in resolution center,  and we will try to resolve any problem with you.  

• For your satisfaction guarantee, we offer replacement discs for any defects.  For your convenience, all replacement discs are sent to you with free of charge.

• We offer a full refund only if the product is completely defected or incompatible to your DVD players.  

• You will need to return the entire set of product in its original packaging if it is really incompatible to your DVD players.  All return products must be received within a 14-days period of time.

• The English subtitles are guarantee reasonable to all general English-audience.  Nevertheless, the opinions to English translation quality is really up to personal judgements, and so we do not accept any return upon this matter.

• We will run tests to check all returned items, and you will be BLOCKED and will not be able to purchase from us again if there is no issue found in your returned items.  There will be no exception for you to be unblocked once you are on our blacklist.  Please do not try to cheat us for only a few bucks if you really like our products.
