All items are from a smoke and pet free
environment, All items are described to the best of my ability. Brand new
items may show signs they have been tried on or slight storage
scuffs/marks. Used items may have wear and show signs of use. Anything
else should be mentioned in the listing.
POSTAGE
This is set to the cheapest possible price
All items are sent via Tracked Courier, this normally
takes 3-5 working days
If you are wanting a faster service then please click the option accordingly in
the listing (this is at an extra cost for royal mail either 1st
class recorded or special delivery).
GET ITFAST Is sent by Royal Mail
Special delivery Guaranteed by 1pm and must be bought and paid for by 2pm on
the day to be posted the same day (Mon – Fri) - please make sure you pay for
the postage option accordingly when buying.
Items bought after 2pm will be sent the following working
day, (if purchased on a Friday after 2pm then they will be sent Monday) items
sent on a Friday could take longer to deliver as weekends are not classed as
working days.
Postage out of the UK including some of Ireland, Channel
Islands and some other Islands are slightly higher and have to be priced
separately. Please ask before buying to be sure.
RETURNS (as in my policy)
There are no returns on used items, these are sold as seen. Returns are
accepted for NEW items which come back in the same condition. Please contact me
within 48hrs to return. On returns of unwanted items and items listed with
“FREE P&P” the refund will not include the original postage paid. So you
will receive your refund minus any postage paid. The buyer is responsible for
return postage costs. If the item arrives after the 14 day period no refund
will be given. Thank you
