In Australia, orders received by 2pm AEST have next business day delivery (NT and Regional WA and Regional QLD may be 2-3 business days). NZ is up to 5 days and the rest of the world is usually 7 - 10 days.
Items are sent using Australia Post Express (Vic deliveries use Australia Post Standard but are still next business day delivery).
Some international orders may be subject to customs duty. Please check with your local customs.
Returns
Returns are hassle free. You can return your item for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
To return or exchange an item contact us by messaging us via eBay and we will provide return options for you.
To return an item, it must be:
Returned within 30 days of purchase;
- Unused with the original tags still attached; and
In the original packaging and in the original condition.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. We can only refund back onto the PayPal account or credit card you made payment with.
If you want to exchange your frames, a $9 re-shipping fee is payable for delivery to Australia and $19 for rest of the world. Any difference in the cost of the new frames will be payable or refunded to you.
Prescription Lenses
We offer quality prescription lenses for optical frames and sunglasses. Please send us a copy of your script for a quote. Prices start at $84 for fully fitted lenses.
We are registered with most Australian Private Health Providers.
Payment
Payment is via Paypal only. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay. You don't need a Paypal account as you can pay with your credit card via Paypal and you will receive an instant receipt after payment. We cannot mark international parcels as ‘Gift’ as this is against the law.
