It is a modern reproduction from the original table settings made for the commanders of the early 18th century French settlement in Nova Scotia, Canada.

This LIMITED EDITION plate is BNIB and has never been displayed. It was removed from the box for the sole purpose of photography, carefully repolished and placed carefully back into its cradle.
