Due to different brand.the battery size have some difference, the following is some brand battery size.
LG-18650-2600 : 18.3±0.1 mm (Max 18.4 mm)
SAMSUNG ICR18650-26 2600mAh : MAX18.35mm
SANYO UR18650F 2200mAh: Max.18.1 mm
Note: It would be a bit hard to fully fit every spacer by hand, you may use a small hammer to slightly hit the slot for perfect fix.
Then it will be very solid and inseparable.
Every 2 spacer for 2 battery cells (one up / one down).
