Unfortunately we cannot accept accented characters or special character symbols eg. emojis, as these are not supported by our manufacturing processes, if you enter these characters they will be replaced or removed. Basic punctuation symbols like those found on a standard computer keyboard are typically acceptable unless noted in the product description.

Be sure to double check names, dates and spellings before sending your text as these cannot be changed when manufacturing begins.

Each gift wrapped item includes a personal message card with space for a 200 character message of your choice, please send this to us with your personalisation.
