DELIVERY

All our products are dispatched up to 10am weekdays and saturday.  1st class signed for royal mail, for next day delivery £8.00 if ordered before 10am, if ordered after 10am they will be dispatched the next morning.

If you have a problem tracking your order, please feel free to contact us before opening a request and we will reply to your query within 24 hours.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We work very hard with all our customers to ensure they are getting an excellent shopping experience with us.  We accept returns and once we receive the product a full refund will be issued.
