Operation:
Charge: charges the cell at the selected charge rate.

Charge Test: First discharges the cells then fully charges the cell. At END of charge displays the charged capacity.

Discharge Test: First charges the cell to full. Then discharges the cell while measuring the capacity. Then fully charges the cell. At END displays the tested discharged capacity.
