Bank Transfer

We accept bank transfers from Ireland and International customers. If you need to pay for an item via bank transfer please contact us for our sort code and account number. International customers will also need our IBAN and SWIFT codes. Once payment has cleared you will be notified and your items will be dispatched.

Screenshelf offers fast, flexible delivery to anywhere in Ireland. All orders placed before 5:00 pm are processed and dispatched the same working day. Items are sent via An post or by various other courier services. We use a track mailed service for our security and the security of our customers.

Our estimated shipping times are as follows: 

Ireland 1-2 days (99.9% next day delivery rate)  ,Uk 2-3 days, Denmark 2-3 days , Sweden 2-3 days 

Norway 2-3 days, Europe 2-4 days, Canada 5-7 days, America 5-7 days, Rest of World 10 days approximately. 

If you have any special shipping requirements please message us and we will reply to you within 24 hours.  When your order has been dispatched, we will advise you by email of the dispatch date, the method used and any tracking numbers if applicable.  We take great care when packing and shipping our items.  Although very rare an item may get damaged during transit.  If your item appears damaged on delivery refuse to sign for it and notify us be email. We will happily replace the damaged item for you where possible, and if not, a full refund will be issued.

We understand customers may need to return an item for many different reasons and we are here to help.  If you encounter a problem with your item and wish to return it, simply contact us so we can assess your return request.  Once your return request is accepted you will be issued with an RMA number and given instructions on how to proceed.
