This €œRemote Control Unit€ was made for the U.S. Navy in 1964. I do not know which aircraft it fits and what light it controls. If someone can tell me, I would appreciate it and then I can represent it accordingly. Being as it was made in the 1960'€™s it is obviously for that era of U.S. Navy Jet Aircraft. The info on the data plate shows it to be "€œType CAX-1" and the manufacturer'€™s part number is 202-07-21. It is a 28 Volt / 2.9 Amps Switching Unit. Dial face has "€œOFF<>BRIGHT<>HAZY<>DULL"€. It has a 6 pin Cannon Plug Receptacle in the back and It is made to mount into a 2-1/4"€ instrument panel hole. It looks to have been repainted so I am selling it as used.
