Orders are dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked in the checkout as long as you receive the item in same or less shipping time.

Please do not book a decorator/installer until you have the complete order and products has been checked for damage and faults. We will not be responsible for any fees occurred if the order is delayed or damaged by courier or product is faulty.

We will not be able to deal with any faulty or damaged products once the product has been used, hung or installed.

If the product is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

In all cases labels and packaging should not be disposed of. If there is a fault with the product the manufacturer may require labels and fault samples as evidence.
