All orders are sent out using either Royal Mail or courier Services like FedEx, DHL, DPD or UPS.

An email will indicate the service used at the time upon dispatching your order. Although we aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days time, please allow at least 10 working days to receive your order in case of any unforeseen delays encountered by the postal or courier services concerned, especially during the busy Christmas period. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days time, it is then regarded as 'lost in transit'. Please contact us via email and we will be happy to offer an immediate replacement, subject to stock availability at the time or a refund if you prefer.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date you have received the product, provided it is unused and in its original condition with the labels and all original packaging intact. Returns are accepted if the item on the offer bears any manufacturing defect other than unless clearly specified in this listing. Please contact us via eBay to request for a returns authorization and instructions on how to return your purchase no less than thirty (30) days after receipt of the item.
