Delivery - All items in stock will normally be processed, packed and posted within two working days. Items not currently in stock, on back order or scheduled to be received from our suppliers will be delivered as a priority - we will advise you following your order of any delays - including an estimated time for delivery to you.
International orders, special delivery requirements and special orders will take longer to deliver - we will advise you following your order or request with a timescale for delivery.
You must inform us within two working days of the scheduled delivery date if the goods have not arrived or have been damaged in transit. We may not be able to organise a refund or replacement item if there is a significant delay in notifying us of the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
