Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your item we will gladly provide a free prepaid return label for orders shipped within the Continental USA. (Excluding Freight Items). We accept Returns within 30 days of purchase and item must be in unused condition.

Used Equip

Our in-house specialists repair and restore appliances and equipment to like-new condition, and all used equipment is put through a rigorous testing and quality assurance process to ensure that it meets our high standards. We have great confidence in our Equipment Specialists and therefore offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty, effective from the delivery date. Our warranty covers defective parts, as well as equipment malfunctions. We offer to repair or replace, so long as a comparable item is available. If a repair is not possible and no replacement is available, we guarantee a full refund of your purchase price, as well as the cost of return shipping to our location.
Warranties will only be in effect if the equipment is properly installed by either a licensed electrician, or a licensed plumber. Gas equipment must be properly calibrated by the installer.
Calibration is not part of warranty coverage.  Incorrect connection of equipment (electric or gas), voids warranty of equipment.
