• Pre-made items normally will be shipped within 24 hours upon receiving payment - except weekends and holiday periods
• Average turn around time for made to orders usually takes 1 to 3 days
• I ship worldwide (If you have any questions about shipping locations please feel free to contact me for further details)
• Estimated delivery time for the USA is approximately up to 3 to 5 working days / 1 to 2 working days for the UK and Europe 
• Please take into consideration that above delivery times are only estimated, and occasionally these may take longer due to postal strikes, custom regulations, extreme weather conditions and holiday seasons such as Christmas, bank holidays, etc. 
• I will ship the item/s to your Ebay transaction address. If you need it to be sent to another address, please send me a note at check out 
• I do combine the shipping, if you would like to purchase more than one item, before making a payment please let me know this prior your purchase, so I can send you a new invoice with combined shipping

• I design and hand craft each product individually in my workshop in Turkey
• I am happy to accept returns just in case if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please simply return the item/s unused in its original condition within 14 days for a refund
• Please note that buyers will be responsible for the return Postage and Packaging costs

• I am a self thought artist, designer, craftsman specialized in making one of a kind handcrafted leather products such as phone and tablet cases, wallets, bags, etc. I design and create each product individually in my workshop in Turkey. I only use the best quality materials for making my products.
