SHIPPING POLICY & PROCEDURES:

The default shipping method for all items in my store under 13 ounces is USPS First Class mail.  I ship all items within 1 business day, and during optimal conditions it takes 2-6 business days for First Class shipping.  This does not take into account delays for weather, increased holiday volume or other delays USPS may encounter.  The estimated delivery date that eBay provides is based upon optimal conditions, it is not a guarantee of delivery.  I do not charge for USPS First Class shipping, therefore I do not offer any kind of refund or replacement for delayed items.  If you would like to find out the reason for the delay you can contact USPS and use the tracking number I provided to check on the status of your delivery.  If you purchase 4+ items from my store, http://stores.ebay.com/lifeesscentials, at one time I will upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail FREE OF CHARGE!  If you purchase 1-3 items from my store and would like to pay for your shipping method to be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail, you have the option to upgrade when you check out.
