You need to choose an option first, then enter the quantity. If you want to order more than one type from the options, then you need to use "add to cart" to get all the items one by one into your cart. At the end of finishing all purchases, you make payment for all of them at once. We are also happy to combine postage to make it cheaper.

POSTAGE:    

·        We offer “Express Post” and “Standard Post”. Express Post costs more than Standard Post but deliver faster.  Currently we use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Hunter Express.

·        Express Post - is a “next day delivery” service but only applies to the available network. For remote areas, this service takes 2-3 days to deliver. If you need the item urgently, please choose “Express Post”.

·        Standard Postage - is a regular post service with lowest cost. Usually takes longer to deliver than Express Post. Wherever  “Free Postage” is offered, Standard Postage is used. Standard Postage is the default postage for every order unless otherwise specified by the buyer

·        Combined postage discount is offered to purchase of 3 or more items. For orders of less than 3 items, there is no saving in postage

·        Orders are posted on the same business day if the payment is received before 2:00pm. Any payment received after 2pm will be processed the following day.

·        Please contact us if you feel that you are charged too much of the postage, we will look at it and provide correct postage charge to you. We normally also check the postage for each order and will refund if there is any excessive postage.

·        We handle the shipment swiftly. If your order is not received within 3 days, please contact us so that we can track your order to avoid any delay

DISCOUNT: 

·        Discount can be offered to high volume orders. Please contact us.

·        Purchase 12 or more of such items will receive free postage.

PAYMENT:    

·        Payment can be made by Paypal or bank deposit. Please note e-Cheque payment requires 3-4 days to clear which means despatch of the order will be delayed until the cheque is clear.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

·        When a list has options and you need to order more than one option, usually you need to make order one by one.

·        When you do multiple orders, please do not make payment individually but make payment for all of them in one transaction. In this way, all your orders will be bundled together and will be sent together. If you make payment separately for each item, the items may be sent separately

FEEDBACK: 

·        We try our best to save cost in postage and to supply goods of reasonable quality. If you are not happy with the goods you receive, please let us know BEFORE you fill in the Feedback, we will try our best to fix the problem.

MASS PURCHASE:  

·        For most of the items at our store, we have plenty in stock at the warehouse. In case that there is insufficient quantity on the list for your need, please contact us so that we can upload more for you.

RETURNS:     

·        Returns are accepted only when the return is within 7 days of delivery; and the item is not used and it must be in original pack. So, if you think something is not right, then return the item in its original pack within 7 days before using it.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

·        If you mistakenly order something and want to cancel it, please contact us ASAP so that we can arrange to cancel it. Otherwise you will receive email reminder generated from ebay system. Once such email is generated, there is not option for us to cancel your order.
