Gioielleria Tanini was born in 1985 and is family run. Other than offering a selection of watches and jewelry, it specializes in selling diamonds, for which it has become a Diffusion Center and in the creation of personalized jewels from specific sketches.

One of the members of the family, who works on site, has attained the diploma of Diamonds and Colored Gems Analyst both from the International Gemological Institute in Anvers and from the Italian Gemological Institute.
By setting an appointment, the Analyst will be available for a brief but meaningful explanation of the main characteristics of a diamond, in order to put the client in the position to be able to purchase a diamond with relative certainty, no matter where the purchase may take place. The company’s primary intent is to offer the best possible service, even before the objective of making a sale.

Shipping and regulations

Shipments

We ship within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the payment unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. The shipper will notify the purchaser of the shipping number in order for him/her to track the parcel.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must communicate his intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the package. This statement can be sent via e-mail and Gioielleria Tanini will respond to the client through the same channel, informing him of the acceptance or refusal of the return. The  Gioielleria Tanini will then authorize the shipment of the package containing the goods to be returned.  Gioielleria Tanini cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of merchandise shipped back.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the merchandise will be refunded only if the return is due to an ascertained error on behalf of  Gioielleria Tanini.  Return shipping costs will not be refunded in any other case.
Gioielleria Tanini will reimburse the amounts paid by the customer through the same channel used for payment of the original order within 10 working days from the receipt of the returned products. In the case that the goods returned present signs, partially or entirely, that they have been damaged, worn, used or modified in any way from their original condition, Gioielleria Tanini reserves the right to deny the return. Packaging and any documentation attached to the object purchased constitute an integral part of the return.
The right of withdrawal is explicitly denied for custom-made or personalized merchandise for the client.
