This is a lot of assorted pieces of a dollhouse sized tea set, which dates back to the late 1960s. As with many of the items from our personal collections, these are survivors of two California earthquakes; there was originally an entire tea set. We are also including, as a bonus, a vintage blown-glass tea pot. The tea set was purchased at a section of Los Angles known as "Little Tokyo", a very cool place to visit, if you ever come for a vacation. Included are a teapot, missing it's lid, two plates, a cup and a pitcher. The cup has a hairline fracture, which can be seen clearly in the pictures we have provided, and the tea pot has a manufacturer error on the back-at least that is what I always assumed, as it came that way. One of the plates has some dark spots, which were also present at time of purchase. The set was plain white when it was purchased, and I added the little rose decals, which have held-up very well, especially when you factor in that I did it in 1967, 1968. The blown glass tea pot has no flaws, and that one actually came from Olvera Street, another historical, and worth-visiting area of Los Angeles.
Thank you for looking at our quirky, history-filled lot!

OUR PICTURES: By choice, we photograph our items using high magnification (macro photography). The result shows very fine detail. Many of our items are small or miniatures. A macro lens shows detail that may never be seen without the aid of magnification such as a jeweler's loupe. We’d much rather show the truth than hide it. In over 400 transactions we’ve had no returns. We’re also eBay buyers. Too many times we’ve received items with flaws or issues the seller a) never described and b) didn't photograph. Usually the seller claims they weren't aware of the issue. We'd rather 'get in close' to show as much detail as possible, so there are NO surprises. Our customers appreciate it and we hope you do too.
