We keep the proof of postage however we are not responsible if lost product or did not arrive in time, hence you are welcome to insure product by contacting us first.
For international buyers delivery it depends their country postal system which we don't have control off so before you buy please take this in to consideration. We can only claim for lost goods after 28 days.
