2.4ghz Radio Kit with 2 Channel Receiver
Upgrade your radio kit with this brand new reliable 2.4ghz 2 channel kit.
Great for use with rc cars and boats. Features low battery level warning. Full english manual on cd included (pdf viewer required - works with windows 7 onwards - not tested before - can be e-mailed or printed and included with the order however please contact in advance by ebay messages).
Includes trimmer functions and servo reverse switches under cover.
One of the smallest and lightest recievers on the market today, weighing just 5 grams and measuring only 39mm long and 23mm wide. This micro reciever will take up less space than your current one making your car lighter and faster. Fail safe is built in and very easy to program (page 13 in manaul).
Radio Features:
- Throttle and Steering Trims
- High gain multi directional antenna
- Built in frequency selection and channel hopping algorithm for jam free transmissions. Manual selection not possible.
- Low power consumption - only uses a tenth of the power compared to FM.
Running Nitro? Running 2 servos (1 throttle and 1 steering) and a 6v battery pack this will be perfect - how to wire on page 9 (manual included on disc).
Running Electric? Not a problem, will work with any ESC. BEC installed so no seperate power supply needed if running an ESC. See page 9 of the manual included (on disc) however in place of the throttle servo plug in the esc. No battery pack required. Using a MSC? Seperate 4.8v to 6v power supply will be needed
Wiring up?
Still one of the easiest plug and play receivers. If your running JR / Futaba / Hitec connectors wiring up wont be a problem. However if using JST an adapter will be needed (please see our ebay store or contact us or alternatively search C7005).
Requires 4 x AA batteries for the radio. 6v input required for the receiver (unless being used with an ESC with a BEC).
Important Notes:
- This radio has a simulator built in however a seperate simulator cable is required and not included. We currently dont stock this.
- Crystals are not required for this radio. If needing 2 (or more) however on different frequencys simply power one on at a time. The radios will automatically select different frequencies - no additional programming needed.
- Radio will be factory set and binded. If on arrival the radio and receiver fails to communicate correctly bind instructions can be found in the manual (on disc included) on page 10. Note its not possible to bind 2 radios to the same receiver and vica versa.
