In the event that the solar panel is in shade for a prolonged period, our solar panels has two built-in bypass diodes which will enable the panel to continue generating.

Lowenergie Solar Panels have a 10 Year Warranty for materials and workmanship.

Power Output Warranty is at least 90% maximum power for first 10 years of use and;

Power Output Warranty of at least 80% maximum power output for up to 25 years use.

​Unfortunately due to postage costs we cannot offer free dispatch to Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands. A surcharge is inplace. These items are not available for click and collect.

Returns
In line with CCR any item can be returned to us within 30 days. We must be notified in writing of the cancellation and refunds can take upto 15 days.
The item must be in a re-sale condition, we will not cover any returns postage.

To comply with all UK building regulations any electrical work should be carried out by a UK certified electrician.

All electricity should be switched off prior to ANY electrical work being carried out.
