• How do I return an item? Simply email us within 14 days of receiving the item and tell us you would like to return the item. We will promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee (Sony products will be 25% re-stocking fee).

• Headphones, microphones, software can't be returned. Oversized items (digital pianos, etc.) can be returned but buyers will be responsible for possible shipping damage when returned.
• Product must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Payment Method

• Paypal is preferred. We accept credit card (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer.

• Personal check from U.S. Bank takes 10 days to clear before we ship the product.
• International checks are not accepted.

Shipping Method

• Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail of your choice.
• We ship to Military addresses and PO boxes addresses and None Continental US addresses, but they may cost more to ship. Free shipping is normally not available to these addresses.
• We do ship some extremely heavy items internationally. Please contact us for shipping quote.
• Buyers can visit our store in San Jose for local pickup.

Shipping Times
