BASIC INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare your work on PC; possibly do a test print using plain paper first to check graphics and colors.

Enter our paper decals in the printer, making sure to position it in a way that the white side will be the one on which the image is printed, it is possible to keep the printer settings for thick or very thick paper (board).

Once printed sheets, let it dry for some time without stacking, if the paper does not remain plain, probably an adjustment of the ink is requestes (too much inks), try to lower the total quantity by 20-30% using the commands normally found in the driver.

The next step is to protect the toners from external agents, to secure and protect the colors are normally used spray products, the best are the one with this indication: DRYING FAST SYNTHETIC/ACRYLIC GLAZE (VARNISH) available normally on the market with transparent, glossy or matt finishing.

Do this in a clean and airy room, it is essential that there is no dirt/dust on the sheet before the "painting"; spray from 30cm away, smoothly and without exaggeration.

When the printed sheet is perfectly dry proceed to crop the images and then immerse them in clean water at ambient temperature.

After immersion the sheet will scroll on himself, but after about a minute it will be possible to see that the same will reopen slightly, at this point moisten the surface on which you will have to apply the image, then take the decals WITH BACKGROUND PAPER (support), place it on the piece and let it slip away (gently) from the media itself.

Using a rubber spatula (or soft paper or latex gloves) push the water/air trapped between the decal and the piece from the center to the outside, during this operation try to be as lightweight as possible, this is the most critical phase, excessive pressure may cause the rupture of the decal.

Dry well the surface of the decal and let dry the piece for a few hours.

After drying the result will be a finished piece, decorated with an image super durable for your every use!
