Returns:  accepted only when kit is still sealed in the box. There is a notice on the box advising you of this. Returns for open kits are not permitted due to sterile items.

We aim to dispatch the same working day where we can. The free standard delivery is sent with Hermes Tracked - this is a 3-5 working day service.
If you require faster services please use ' Add to basket' and then change the delivery speed and pay the upgrade at checkout. We are unable to change or use services requested by you after the purchase has been made. We use an export system no changes can be made. 
Once your parcel is marked as dispatched and allocated a tracking number we cannot change or cancel the order.
